Sales & Event Coordinator
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting phone calls to Host customers.
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments with Host.
- Process incoming leads generated through the internet, phone calls, email marketing, direct mail, print ads, conferences, etc.
- Verify, update and maintain assigned databases.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both field sales and Host.
- Maintain relationship with Host by providing ongoing contact during and after photography event.
- Contact Host to ensure the event requirements and deadlines are being met.
Job Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with customers on the telephone.
- Experience in sales or telephone sales.
- Experience with computerized customer tracking systems or equivalent experience.
- Strong sales and verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about creating a successful event.
- Ability to build relationships over the telephone.
- Program, product and service knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Ability to work and make decisions independently with little supervision.

Compensation: Pays up to $54,000/year with a base of $2,000/month first 2 months. After that, you will receive a company car, phone and computer, as well as a percentage of total sales.
