Sales & Event Coordinator

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prospecting phone calls to Host customers.
  • Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments with Host.
  • Process incoming leads generated through the internet, phone calls, email marketing, direct mail, print ads, conferences, etc.
  • Verify, update and maintain assigned databases.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both field sales and Host.
  • Maintain relationship with Host by providing ongoing contact during and after photography event.
  • Contact Host to ensure the event requirements and deadlines are being met.

Job Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with customers on the telephone.
  • Experience in sales or telephone sales.
  • Experience with computerized customer tracking systems or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about creating a successful event.
  • Ability to build relationships over the telephone.
  • Program, product and service knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently with little supervision.

Compensation: Pays up to $54,000/year with a base of $2,000/month first 2 months. After that, you will receive a company car, phone and computer, as well as a percentage of total sales.
