Job Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent.
Experience working with customers on the telephone.
Experience in sales or telephone sales.
Experience with computerized customer tracking systems or equivalent experience.
Strong sales and verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about creating a successful event.
Ability to build relationships over the telephone.
Program, product and service knowledge.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Ability to work and make decisions independently with little supervision.
